Carlos Bakery is the famous bakery run by Buddy Valastro from the show "Cake Boss" on TLC. On May 2nd I had an amazing opportunity to get to be an audience member on the "Rachael Ray Show" and it is the episode where Valastro will be co-hosting. Being an audience member came with a lot of perks including getting a cupcake home-made from Valastro's bakery. Since the bakery is so popular and famous, there is usually a line going down until the end of the block.
